Matzo no treat for Jews but Israel's Arabs love it

Weeks ahead of Passover, Arab owned stores in Israel stock up on matzo because their customers love it. Adults and children alike crave the crunchy cracker, often eating it for dessert with chocolate sauce, or simply smothered with butter. We Jews, on the other hand, tire of a week of matzo and yearn to put it away until the next year's Passover. One store owner commented that although Arabs and Jews are not one people, "they share the same land so why not share the same food?". Religious, philosophical, economic, or geographic differences aside, is that not true for us all?
